CENTURY 21 Award Partners with Realtor.com


San Diego, California (Grassroots Newswire) 9/18/2013 -- Representatives from CENTURY 21 Award announced today exciting news for home sellers in the Southern California market: the brokerage is now a registered user of the CENTURY 21® Showcase Advantage Listing Program. Home sellers who list with CENTURY 21 Award will now be given preferred placement on one of the largest aggregator real estate websites in the industry: Realtor.com. This is in addition to the marketing on century21.com, which boasts 4M visitors per month* and holds advertising arrangements with more than 800 websites.

But sellers aren't the only ones to see a benefit - CENTURY 21 Award agents also receive many perks as part of the program. Each listing is branded with the agent's photo and contact information, and agents can fully develop a Realtor.com profile beyond the free account previously available to them. Showcase Listings also delivers all consumer inquiries directly to the agent and provides metrics reporting.

This service comes at no additional charge as part of CENTURY 21 Award's competitive and comprehensive Technology Fee. Any agents previously paying for Showcase Listings are no longer required to pay for this service.
